Subject: Update on Squatter Complaints – St Brelades Court, De Beauvoir Estate N1

Dear Residents,
We want to reassure you that the De Beauvoir Safer Neighbourhood Team is aware of your concerns regarding squatters at St Brelades Court on the De Beauvoir Estate.
Hackney Council is actively involved in addressing this issue, and we are working closely with them to resolve it. Yesterday, Police arrested two individuals from St Brelades Court for breaching their Community Protection Order.
We will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of our community.
If you have any further concerns or witness anyone forcing their way into the ground/1st floor of St Brelades Court Please call Police by calling 101.
